A Director of Marketing for Fluke Networks will have commercial responsibility for a multi-million global business designing, manufacturing, marketing and selling Test & Measurment solutions for any one of several businesses and markets for which we provide solutions. Numerous products exist or are under development which provide across Fluke Networks providing bountiful opportunity, challenge and growth within the company.
Our product roadmap is exciting and moving us into new areas and this shift demands marketing leaders who not only have passion and skills for bringing a story to life, but also the ability to drive the change and execution required by this new approach and our robust goals. We are looking for proven growth leaders to provide both strategic direction and flawless tactical execution, which will enable accelerated growth that will exceed the market and all of our competition.
PRIMARY FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attain deep understanding of the market, customers, channels, competitors, technologies and industry standards in order to provide strategic thought leadership within Fluke Networks based on sound market segmentation and analysis.

Leverage the Danaher Business System and Policy Deployment to drive effective cross-functional, global execution, which will results in accelerated, profitable growth.

Bring a passion for customer focus and intimacy into the organization; driving both technology and commercial innovations that result in sustainable competitive advantages.

Develop product roadmaps and execute against them, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing; delivering breakthrough product specs. at competitive cost positions, on time and under budget.

Support outbound marketing teams to create and launch compelling communications built upon strong value propositions that resonate with customers.

Achieve growth targets to achieve double digit growth for Fluke Networks.
Qualifications
SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:

Proven track record of success in Product Marketing and Management.

Previous experience managing people.
-
International experience preferred.
-
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-
A minimum 10 years of progressive experience, preferably for technology-based companies selling in Business to Business environments, including a minimum of five years of experience in a commercial role.

Bachelor's degree required; scientific field preferred.

MBA degree also preferred.
